Our company has a wealth of experience in providing a full range of Estate Planning Services, from a basic Will Writing service for single people and couples, all the way through to a fully bespoke individual Estate Planning Service, that can include Protective Property Trust Wills, ‘Tenants in Common’, Lifetime Trusts, Guardianship for Children, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Probate Administration, Inheritance Tax Planning and Long-Term Care Fees Planning. All our services are designed to give you peace of mind, leaving you secure in the knowledge that your loved ones, your wishes and your Estate will be protected when you die.

We are fully trained members of The Society of Will Writers and Estate Planning Practitioners.
How Does Our Will Writing Service Work?
At Castle Estate Planning, we believe your Will should reflect your life, your values, and your wishes—clearly and confidently. That’s why our Will Writing Service is designed to be as personal, convenient, and comprehensive as possible.
Personalised Advice, On Your Terms
You’re welcome to visit us at our Colchester office. Alternatively, one of our fully trained Professional Estate Planners can meet with you in the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you. Prefer to connect remotely? We also offer secure video appointments via Zoom, WhatsApp, or your preferred platform—ideal for those with busy lives or limited availability.
Understanding You First
Your adviser will carry out a detailed fact-find to understand your unique circumstances, family situation, and estate planning goals. We take time to explain your options clearly, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Tailored Recommendations
Based on your needs, we’ll present tailored recommendations and guide you through all the available options. You’ll receive a written report summarising our advice, along with a transparent breakdown of any costs involved.
You’re in full control—choose to proceed with all, some, or none of our recommendations. You only pay for the services you instruct us to deliver.
Drafts, Edits & Signing
Before anything is finalised, we’ll send you draft documents for review—usually by email. You’re welcome to request any amendments at no additional cost.
Once you’re happy with the final versions, we’ll arrange a signing meeting to execute your documents properly and ensure everything is legally valid.
